Merger in packaging between BLUEPACK (BPK group) and INTERNOVA
The BPK group creates the first packaging pole with the ONE-STOP-SHOP concept. Multidisciplinary “under the same roof” to offer innovation, recyclability, design and service to the Brands.
At the beginning of October, the BPK Group announced the merger between Bluepack (already part of the BPK group) specialized in the production of flexible packaging and
Internova manufacturer of rigid injection molding IML.
The two companies are mainly active in the food and industrial markets with specific products and services and the merger will complete the range of solutions to offer to customers consisting of Brands users of flexible and rigid packaging.
The new company, BPK PACKAGING, will be based in Padova, the center of the industrial district of the North East with 2 production plants in Italy, for a total of 78 employees and an export percentage of 67%.

employees and is completing an important technological investment plan in press departments (Flexo, Offset and Digital), lamination (special applications) and robotized injection molding / IML to support the growing market demand and face strategic research and development for the future such as the reduction of plastics, recyclability and design of product.
